Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease 1 qt baking dish.

2. Mix ingredients together - hold some cheese for topping at end

3. Bake 25 minutes

4. Scoop mixture into a bread bowl and top with remaining cheese

5. Put in oven and broil until cheese is melted and golden - be careful not to burn

6. Serve with the extra bread cubes or tortillas

-1 package chopped spinach thawed and drained (10 ounce package)
-1 cup light mayo
-1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-1/2 cup Romano cheese
-2 1/2 cups monitory jack cheese
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon onion powder
