Sautéed Black Fresh Trumpet Mushrooms Recipe

  • Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush. Open the length of the trumpet with a knife and remove any dirt.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushrooms 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve as desired.
  • Container: Heavy medium skillet
