Orange Marmalade Sauce Recipe

A tangy addition for duck, upland game, and wildfowl as well as turkey, chicken and domestic duck recipes.

Orange Marmalade Sauce Recipe (+)

Directions

In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, combine orange marmalade, orange juice, soy sauce, mustard and garlic. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve with duck or poultry.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
