Peanut Butter Logs Recipe

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 2 cups peanuts, crushed

In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar.

Using hands, work in cerealuntil well mixed.

Divide into 3 even balls. Roll into log shapes.

Roll each log into crushed peanuts.

Its the middle of those delightful peanut butter logs rolled up in peanuts instead of chocolate. Great treat to store in the freezer.
