Ingredients
  • 2 medium to large cucumbers
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 3 jalapeños - seeds removed and then minced
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Prepare the cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic; combine in one bowl.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
