These scrumptious bars are made up of three layers of goodness. A crispy bottom is topped with a sweet creamy layer and finished off with a chocolate, peanut buttery layer to make a delicious bar that everyone loves.

Ingredients
  • 1st LAYER:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2nd LAYER:
  • 1/2 cup butter - melted
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla pudding mix (or French vanilla)
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3rd LAYER:
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter

1st LAYER:
  • Melt the brown sugar, syrup, and peanut butter together. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until evenly coated.
  • Press into the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13 baking pan.
2nd LAYER:
  • Combine all the ingredients together and beat until thoroughly combined.
  • Spread over the top of the 1st layer.
  • Allow to chill before adding the 3rd layer.
3rd LAYER:
  • Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together and spread on top of the 2nd layer.
  • Keep refrigerated.
