Mom's Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 deep-dish pie shell (9 inch )
  • 2/3 cup Equal sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons CINNAMON
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups solid pack pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. In large bowl, beat eggs lightly until well mixed. Stir in pumpkin and dry ingredients. Slowly stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking for 45 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted into middle of filling comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
