Diabetic Recipe: Sweet Potato Soufflé
In original recipe, rather than using 1 C sugar, use 4 pkg. of Sweet One and 2 tsp. white sugar. Use 1/2 or 3/4 stick of margarine rather than a whole stick. In place of the brown sugar, margarine, and flour measurements, use 2 T. of each and some Brown Sugar Twin. Taste and add accordingly.
