Cheesy Bacon Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1 stick butter, cut up
  • 1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Directions
Spread potatoes in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with salt, onion powder, and garlic pepper to taste. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Spread butter evenly over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 350° for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle cheese on top of the potatoes, cover and return to oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

*You can also boil the potatoes first so you don't have to bake them so long.
