Slow Cooker Hot German Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices (medium)
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions
Mix potatoes and onion in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients except bacon; pour into cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Stir in bacon.

Yield: 6 servings

Note: Weight Watchers 3 points per serving.
