Macaroni and Cheese 51 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 1/2 cups macaroni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1/2 pound grated cheese
Directions
Melt butter in 3 quart casserole. Pour raw (uncooked) macaroni into melted butter. Stir until well coated. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese through macaroni. Pour milk over all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. Do not stir.

*I like really cheesy macaroni so I use more cheese than recipe calls for. You can do it to taste.
