  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (low fat-if desired)
  • 1 cup sour cream (low fat-if desired)

  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the sour cream and pressed garlic; mix well.
  • Refrigerate to chill.
  • Serve with veggies, or potato chips.
  • If you love garlic this will be bliss. If not, this is one to steer clear of.
If you are a fan of garlic, this dip is for you. This makes a great chip dip but it can also be served with fresh veggies.

"I made this chip dip along with the Bacon & Onion Dip for a New Year's Eve celebration we had at our house. It was easy to make and we both love garlic so we thought it was great. The bacon dip was gone first though so everyone must have like that one a little better. I thought they were both very good."
