Sweet Potato Soufflé 27 Recipe

  • 3 cups cooked white sweet potatoes (this is usually 3 large sweet potatoes)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/3 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • Topping
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 stick butter or margarine softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
Heat oven to 350°

Mix sweet potato mixture together and pour into a buttered casserole dish and then mix all your topping ingredients together and spread over the sweet potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
