Green Bean Casserole 58 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Sauté onions in butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Add drained beans. Pour into shallow casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
