HAM BALLS 71 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds ground ham
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
Directions
Mix ham, pork, beef, eggs, cracker crumbs, and milk and shape into size balls you prefer. Mix soup, vinegar, brown sugar, and dry mustard. Heat this mixture and pour over meat balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally. This makes a large batch and can be divided to right portions for your family and frozen.
