Ingredients

1 - 8 ounce package elbow macaroni
1 - 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 onion, grated (small)
1 shredded cheddar cheese (4 cup 16 ounce )
1 - 2 ounce jar chopped pimento, drained
1 cup cracker crumbs

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Combine macaroni and next 5 ingredients; pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle evenly over macaroni mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
