MACARONI AND CHEESE 23 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 - 8 ounce pkg Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt
  • Paprika
Directions
Cook macaroni noodles; set aside. Melt margarine, mix in flour until smooth. Pour in milk and some salt. Put into the rue 1 package of cheese. Mix in cooked noodles and 1./2 of additional package of cheese. Pour mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over top. Sprinkle paprika for color. Bake at 350° for min. until brown and bubbly.

Stewed Tomatoes - (original chunk tomato), add 1 tsp. of sugar and microwave for 1 min.
