ONION BAKED POTATOES Recipe

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice raw potatoes into 1/2 inch slices, not cutting al the way through the potato. Place on individual foil sheets.

Combine melted butter and soup mix. Spoon mixture over potatoes. Wrap in foil and bake until done, approximately 1 hour.

NOTE: These can also be done on a charcoal grill.

Tired of plain old baked potatoes? Add a little zing to them with thes flavorful baked potatoes. The onion soup mix adds a ton of flavor surprisingly without too much salt.
