Hubbard Squash Pie Recipe

  • 4 eggs
  • 5 cups cooked, mashed pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
Preheat oven to 425°. Combine filling ingredients in order given, divide evenly into pie shells. Reduce to 350° and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool. Recipe fills: 4 regular 9 inch frozen pie shells or 2 deep dish 9 inch pie shells.
