Country Chicken Soup 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 sweet green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cups chicken, cubed
  • 1 Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 cup canned tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • salt to taste
  • 2 1/2 - 3 cups milk
  • 1 package wide egg noodles (cooked)
Directions
Chop carrots, celery, green pepper and onion; fry lightly in butter stirring often. Add chicken and other ingredients except milk and noodles. Simmer with cover on for 50 minutes. Add milk, bring to a boil. Add noodles.
