Ingredients
1 cup corn, canned or fresh, cooked
1 pound black beans, cooked, drained
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt to taste
Directions
Combine. Serve as is, or with tortilla chips, tomato salsa, & guacamole.
