Southwestern Corn and Black Beans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup corn, canned or fresh, cooked
  • 1 pound black beans, cooked, drained
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt to taste
Directions
Combine. Serve as is, or with tortilla chips, tomato salsa, & guacamole.
