Cabbage Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced (medium)
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 carrots, diced (medium)
  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups corn
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the black beans. Cook until veggies are tender.

Add beans. Heat through. Salt and pepper to taste. Can put in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. Then add the black beans.
