Marinated Italian Antipasto Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package medium shell pasta
  • 1/4 pound hard salami, cubed
  • 4 ounces Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 8 ounces Italian salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, salami, cheese, vegetables and olives, if desired. Add salad dressing, basil and pepper; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours.

Flavorful pasta salad that is filled with vegetables. Use any vegetables that are in season. Perfect salad to bring to picnics without the worry of the creamy dressing.
