Pork Chop Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 6 Carrots
  • 1 package Boneless pork chops (1/4 inch pkg)
  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Place chops in shallow pan, cover with water. Add chopped onions to chops. Bake for 45 minutes. Fill a large pot half-way with water. Cut-up potatoes and carrots and put in pot. Add remaining ingredients & cook on medium-high heat. (Add water as needed to cover ingredients.) Remove chops from oven, cut into cubes, add to stew. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
