Quick Vegetable Salad 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped (large)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a large salad bowl, combine the corn, tomato, celery, cucumber, green pepper and onion. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; gently blend into the salad. Serve immediately.
