Marinated Vegetable Salad 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 can shoe peg corn
  • 1 can french style green beans (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can LeSeur peas (17 ounce can)
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar pimentos, chopped
Directions
Vinegar mixture:

Combine and bring to boil the vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, water and pepper. (Only to dissolve the sugar) Let cook while combining other ingredients.

Vegetables:

Drain peas, beans, corn and pimentos. Combine all the vegetables and stir in the vinegar mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours stirring occasionally.
