Cabbage Salad 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage shredded
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 3 - 4 tomatoes diced
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Place cabbage, green pepper and tomatoes into a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake to mix. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate. Best if made the day before.
