Cheese/Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 packages frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chili, mild
  • 10 ounces light velveeta cheese
Directions
Cook vegetables, broth and tomatoes until vegetables are mush. (about 45 minutes)

Add cheese and let it melt.

Weight Watchers - 1 cup = 1 point
