VEGETABLE SALAD 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 spiral macaroni (7 ounce )
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 package frozen vegetables, thawed and drained (16 ounce pkg)
  • 2 diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Directions
Cook macaroni and rinse in cold water. Place in bowl and add vegetables, cucumber, and onion.

For the dressing; Mix together, water, vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, dill weed, garlic powder, and parsley flakes. Beat all ingredients together. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep for two weeks.
