Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly. Drain and cut into cubes. Fry bacon until crisp; transfer to paper towel to drain. Cut tomatoes in 1/2 and de-seed. Combine chicken, scallions, bacon & tomatoes in a large bowl. Stir in basil mayonnaise and refrigerate.
(You can top with croutons and serve with melba toast as a dip or serve as sandwich)
