One Dish Moist Corn Spoon Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can creamed corn (15 ounce can)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter), softened or melted (1/2 cup stick)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In large ungreased, oven safe Pyrex casserole dish, mix all ingredients in order listed above. Cover and place in preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

This dish works as formal side dish or casual picnic food.
