HOLLANDAISE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 egg yokes
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3/4 a stick of butter divided into small slices and placed inch the freezer
Directions
Add all ingredients, except for butter, into a double boiler over medium heat. Do not let the water come to a boil. Heat until thicken, then add 1 piece of butter at a time until all are thoroughly mixed. Serve at once.
