Vegetable Salad Recipe

  • 1 can peas (drained)
  • 1 can green beans (drained)
  • 1 green pepper (cut fine)
  • 1 can pimentos (cut fine) (small can)
  • 4 stalks celery (cut fine)
  • 1 onion (cut fine)
  • 1/4 cup Salad Oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Mix oil, vinegar, water, sugar and salt. Put in jar and shake well. Pour over vegetables. Won't quite cover, but let stand to marinate. To serve, strain. What is left, put back in dressing. Will keep for several days.
