Reception Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 60 z pkg Lime Jell-O
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (large can)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can pimento (small can)
  • Pinch of salt
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O; let stand a few minutes. Mix in cream cheese with pimento, then mix in remaining ingredients. Add whipping cream last. Place in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
