Greek Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds meat (Stew meat or sirloin)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Marinate beef cubes 48 hours (can freeze on skewers-when grilling, grill skewers of onion cubes, green or red pepper cubes, tomatoes-real pretty)
