Drop Dumplings 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts broth (could be chicken, beef, pork, or tomato)
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 ounces milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
Heat broth to a boil. In a large bowl stir together eggs, milk, and salt. Stir in flour and baking powder. Gently stir in flour to make a slightly wet ball of dough.

Then drop by large tablespoonfuls of dough into boiling broth. Cook on medium temperate until dumplings are dry in the center.
