Hammie Sammies Recipe

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worchesteshire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
Slice rolls in half (horizontally)

Lay ham and cheese on each roll - cover with top of rolls.

Melt butter - add mustard, onion powder, worchesteshire sauce and poppy seeds -(whisk). Cover with aluminum foil and chill for several hours or over night. Bake @ 350 degrees covered for 15 mins, then uncover and bake for another 15-20 mins til bubbly. Enjoy!
