Mint Chocolate Blender Icing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk (6 ounce can)
  • 4 envelopes each) liquid baking chocolate (1 ounce envelopes)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint flavoring
  • dash salt
Directions
Pour sugar in blender, cover and blend at high speed. Add remaining ingredients and blend at high speed until thick.

Covers a 9-inch layer cake
