Cranberry Salsa Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 - 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 3 oranges, peel and all white parts cut off, cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, cut into 1/4 inch dice (I leave peel on)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 green onions, green part only, cut crosswise inch 1/8 inch dice
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded, de-veined and finely minced
Directions
Put cranberries in food processor, process until pieces are no bigger than 1/4".

Dice oranges and apples.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refridgerate. Serve with crackers.

This is better the next day!
