| | Directions | | Put cranberries in food processor, process until pieces are no bigger than 1/4". Dice oranges and apples. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refridgerate. Serve with crackers. This is better the next day! |

| - |  | 1/2 jalapeno, seeded, de-veined and finely minced |
