Apple Berry Breakfast Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup quick or old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 cups peeled and thin sliced apples
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries or sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine oatmeal, melted butter, flour and brown sugar for topping and set aside. Combine filling ingredients, stir until fruit is evenly coated. Spoon filling into 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle topping on fruit and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with yogurt if desired.
