BEEF LIVER AND ONIONS Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound sliced beef liver
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 12 green onions
  • 1/4 cup water
Directions
Salt and pepper the liver. combine flour,sugar and mustard. Dredge the liver in the flour mixture. brown in hot fat. Add green onions an 1/4 cup water. cook over low heat about 45 minutes.
