Quick and Easy Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 cup butter

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Mix Bisquick, salt, pepper, paprika in a bag.

Melt butter in a shallow baking pan.

Shake the chicken pieces in the dry mixture and place the chicken skin side down in the buttered pan.

Bake 45 minutes. turn; bake another 15 minutes.

Enjoy the finger lickin goodness of this oven fried chicken. It is super easy and taste like it was fried in a pan. It has crispy skin with moist and flavorful meat.
