2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
3. While setting is on high. Prepare corn muffin batter as directed. Drop batter by spoonfuls on top of simmering chili. Cover. Cook 30 min longer or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. (allow cornbread to cook the entire 30 min before uncovering or inserting toothpick). Sprinkle with cheese.
