Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl except uncooked noodles and 2/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan and cover with a thin layer of sauce. Add a layer of noodles. Repeat using all sauce and noodles. Top the final layer of sauce with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, pour 1 1/2 C cold water around the edge of the pan, avoid the center. Bake lightly covered at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
