Southwestern Chili Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 1/2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, divined and peeled
Sauce
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup guacamole
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions
In large bowl, mix melted butter, chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, and lime juice. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Thread shrimp on six 15 inch metal skewers, leaving space between each. Place on grill over medium heat. Cover, grill 5-10 minutes, turning 2-3 times, until shrimp are pink. In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Serve with shrimp.
