Beef Hash 2 Recipe

  • 2 cups Cold Roast Beef, Chopped
  • 2 cups Boiled Potatoes, Chopped
  • 2 cups Leftover or Canned Beef Gravy
  • Salt and Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a heavy skillet. Heat. Stir occasionally to keep mixture from sticking. Serve very hot. Serves 4-6.
