Stuffed Shells with Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box shells (Large box)
  • 1 box frozen spinach (defrost and squeeze out excess water)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Minced onion
  • Minced garlic
  • 16 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pound shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 pound hamburger meat
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Directions
Boil shells, drain and set aside. Brown hamburger meat, minced onion, minced garlic (drain excess fat off). Add spinach, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 lb mozzerella cheese. Stuff shells with hamburger mixture. Place in a casserole dish and top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
