| | Directions | | Boil shells, drain and set aside. Brown hamburger meat, minced onion, minced garlic (drain excess fat off). Add spinach, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 lb mozzerella cheese. Stuff shells with hamburger mixture. Place in a casserole dish and top with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake on 350 degrees until cheese is melted. |
