A sticky sweet glaze covers this juicy ham. The other great thing about this recipe is the ham is already sliced in perfectly sliced pieces for you.

  • 2/3 brown sugar
  • 1/3 apricot jam
  • 1 dry mustard powder
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Place the ham, cut side down, onto a sheet of aluminum foil

Mix together the brown sugar, apricot jam and mustard powder in a small bowl. Brush onto the ham using a pastry or barbeque brush. Reserve any leftover glaze.

Enclose the foil around the ham and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 2 hours in preheated oven. Apply the remaining glaze 20 minutes before the ham is done.

"I didn't have a spiral ham but I used this recipe anyway and it turned out great. I made up an extra batch of glaze to serve with the ham. I just heated it in the microwave until the brown sugar was melted with the jam and then served it warm."

"Since ham was on sale I picked one up and made this recipe. It was delicious! And SO easy. Why don't I make ham more often since it is simple and budget friendly since you can get at least 3 meals out of it?"
